Land

From Victoria (South Vancouver Island) : Travel north for 111 kilometres on Highway #1 to the community of Nanaimo. From Nanaimo continue traveling on Hwy #19 (main Island Highway) north for 37 kilometres to the community of Parksville. Parksville is only 11 km (7 mi) south of Qualicum Beach .

From Port Hardy (North Vancouver Island) : Travel south for 238 kilometres on Highway #19A to the community of Campbell River. From Campbell River continue traveling on Hwy #19 (or travel the Oceanside Route) south for 50 kilometres to the community of Courtenay. Continue south on either highway for 62 kilometres to Qualicum Beach.

There is an airport servicing airlines and charter planes on the south side of Nanaimo which is located south of Parksville, BC.
