Arranging Audio - Visual Equipment

Many conferences and conventions require audio-visual equipment. Some of the conference facilities have inhouse audio-visual equipment. It is always wise to inquire what equipment is available. Equipment requested could include:

Please review your list of available equipment and remember to ask your guest speakers what equipment they will require for their presentations. Should you require assistance in determining the audio visual needs for your function, please contact the Conference Events Managaer for assistance.

Audio visual equipment late requests is not advised as quantities are limited in most communities. Late requests could result in going to outside sources for your audio-vsual needs. The convention and conference facilities will make their best effort to accommodate your request, however, if the equipment requested has already been assigned to another group you will have to make alternate arrangements.
