The Comox Valley is centrally
located on Vancouver Island south of Campbell River and north
of Nanaimo, BC. The valley includes
the two bigger communities of Courtenay and Comox plus the smaller
villages of Cumberland, Royston, Merville, Fanny Bay, Union Bay
and Buckley Bay.
The valley is a popular recreation destination
year round and much of that is thanx to the oceans, lakes, mountains
and forests in the region.

The region communities all play a big part
in creating the atmosphere and a welcoming feeling when visiting
the Comox Valley. The valley is unique in many ways including
the two small separate bridges connecting the communities of Courtenay
and Comox. A travel route connecting both communities to all the

The Comox Valley rests on the inside
passage of central Vancouver Island between the scenic Beaufort
Mountains and the Strait of Georgia. In the distance are the towering
slopes of Mount Washington, next door is the Comox
Glacier and the wilderness adventures of Strathcona
Park.
