Land

From Victoria (South Vancouver Island) : Travel north on Highway #1 for 75 kilometres over Malahat Mountain, through to the north side of the Cowichan Valley to Chemainus.

From Port Hardy (North Vancouver Island) : Travel south for 238 kilometres on Highway #19A to the community of Campbell River. From Campbell River continue traveling on Hwy #19 (or travel the Oceanside Route) south to Nanaimo. Continue south on either highway from Nanaimo for 36 kilometres to Chemainus.

Air

There is a large airport servicing commercial airlines, charter planes, charter flights and helicopters north of the community of Chemainus in Cassidy, BC.

Ocean

Located north of Chemainus, BC on Highway #1 is the Duke Point BC Ferry Terminal. The ferry transports people and vehicles from Vancouver Island to the mainland. Just south of the community, in Crofton, is the Saltspring Island BC Ferry.
